How to Order

Ordering from Your Store Name is quick and secure. Follow the steps below to place your order.

Step 1: Browse & Choose

Explore our range of THC-free CBD, refillable pod kits, nic salts and hardware. Use the menu or search bar to find what you need, and check the product page for strength, size and compatibility.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Choose your options and click Add to cart. Your basket total shows in the top right. Orders over £30 get free tracked delivery.

Step 3: Checkout & Age Check

Enter your delivery details at checkout. Because we sell nicotine products, we run a quick online age check. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

Step 4: Pay Securely

We accept:

• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• PayPal

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

You’ll get an email confirming your order straight away, then a second email with your tracking number once it’s dispatched.

Step 6: Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. The courier may ask for ID on delivery. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
