Your Store Name sells nicotine products, so the law requires us to make sure we only sell to adults aged 18 or over.

How we check your age

• On entry: visitors confirm they are 18 or over before using the site.
• At checkout: we check your name, address and date of birth against electronic records through our age-verification provider.
• On delivery: the courier may ask for photo ID.

If we can’t verify your age

If the electronic check doesn’t confirm your age, we’ll email you to ask for a photo of a valid ID such as a passport or driving licence. If we still can’t verify your age, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Proxy purchases

It is an offence to buy nicotine products for someone under 18. We will cancel orders we believe are being bought for a minor.
